Alaskan Nomad Productions is a Los Angeles-based film production company run by director Sean Morris. Sean was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, where watching a lot of films during the winter became an early obsession. Sean’s commercials have won national awards, and his music videos have hit the airwaves on MTV, HBO, Black Entertainment Television, FUSE, MTV Latin America, Telehit and The Box Music Network. Recently he was selected from over 400 directors to be featured in SHOOT Magazine’s New Director’s Showcase. LATEST NEWS
Sean just finished directing a music video for the alt-rock band Static Cycle for their new single “Inside The World of Mine”. The song and music video concepts are top notch, and the locations are hard to beat: a huge ornate building made entirely out of ice and some of the most picturesque mountain peaks in all of Alaska. Add to the mix that it’s the music video debut of Bristol Palin, and you can see why it’s already creating quite a buzz… enough of a buzz that a number of companies were scrambling for the video’s premiere rights. E! Entertainment won, and as part of their deal, starting today they have the rights to a 24-hour exclusive on the E! website. You can see it by clicking here. Of course this is just the start of where it’s going to be playing, so we’ll keep you updated on the latest as things happen.
