Music Video- "When You Crash"
Artist
- Hi-Test
Location - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Sometimes things don't quite turn out like you plan. And in some cases, like in this video for Hi-Test, that can be a good thing.

Scene changes, location changes, and a main character turning from a Guardian Angel to Satan himself were some of the "script-morphs" this project went though before it was completed. One of the few Nomad projects that saw major script rewrites occurring after principal photography had begun, "Crash" was exhilarating, fast-paced, and A LOT colder than it looks (it was actually filmed in the middle of a snowless Minnesota winter).

"Crash" was shot in downtown Minneapolis, in locations ranging from a ritzy restaurant to a wrecking yard. And to achieve the edginess we were looking for, most of the production had to occur when it was dark - giving the cast and crew the 8:00pm to 8:00am "Night Shift" for most shooting days. An extreme amount of time, creativity and sleep loss was dedicated to this video, and it's all reflected in the project's excellent end results.
